Much needed updates for guild traders and mail interface

Would it finally be possible to address some of the requests for updated menus in the game?
I'm talking about stuff in ESO itself, I'm a console peasant and I cannot use addons.

1. Guild Trader Search
Since it is necessary to release all the new motifs for the past updates and the forseeable future in 14 separate chapters, the "Motifs" section of guild traders is an absolute horror to browse through. I've been sifting through pages and pages of Xivkyn, Merc and Assassin's Belts in search of a few missing chapters. Please update the search function to something like the one in the gear section, where we can select a motif style and/or gearslot to make it easier to find these chapters.

2. In-Game Mail
Why is there still not a "reply" function in the mail system? This must surely be the most basic of options any mail program should have. And "forward" might also be handy in some cases.

We are not looking for Pacrooti and fancy animated interfaces for the guild traders, just some basic options to improve the use.

1. I believe all they could do is to implement Awesome Guild Store addon into game for all platforms.

I agree. I am on PC so have the benefit of addons, but the omission in the base game of a basic "reply" button for mails is ridiculous. Also mail refresh so we don't have to re-zone or relog to pick up new mails (yes, this one affects PC users too!)
And how about a Sent Mail folder?

It probably won't help your situation on PS4 but both of these problems have been solved by addon authors on PC. It would be fantastic if ZoS could implement a few more things into the base game. A reply button would be about 5 minutes of work and would be a major quality of life improvement. My guildmates clued me into the "search for unknown motifs" button I had on my UI that an addon was providing for me. I never even knew it was there.

Even a small thing such as that would be very, very nice. Since the game already displays for a motif whether I've learned it or not when browsing the shop, giving an option to get rid of all the duplicates would be an easy thing. Or so one would like to think.
