Respawning as dead in IC

After i died and press "release" my character respawn at base but as a dead person. I have to relog everytime to spawn properly. Anyone else or solution?

    I have the same problem since two days. What the hell is going on?

    I can only fix this problem by loging out from account which makes me kick from IC and then ofcourse another quee waiting time (!!!)

    Any solution?

    Yes, now its permanent. You cant respawn in Imperial City. You have to relog and take queue everytime you die.

    Now the event started I'm not in IC anymore, too crowded. Before the event I never had this issue.
    Strange when they normally don't implement changes - no patch.

    Should I use argument to take attention of forum staff? It has been almost one week that I cant have any answer for my above problem.

    Can some of the staff do his/her job?

    There was an IC event going on and now it got prolonged until the next patch and now this????!!!

    The problem/bug appears when you die in the sewers but respawns in the upper city. Solution: relog. You will then spawn in the upper city alive.

    When you relog you need to get in a queue for Cyrodiil again, so its not an actual solution. I dont have to spend my time on queue several times in a night just because ZOS cant fix bugs.

    @Ganj What alliance are you? What alliance is owning the district you're respawning in? Did you die of a PVP or PVE death?

    EP. My alliance was owning the district when i tried to respawn because you cant spawn when others own that district :/
    I did die in PVP.

    Just for clarity, you are an Ebonheart player in Memorial, and Ebonheart owned memorial (without the flag under contention or anything like that) and you died to a PVP death and tried to respawn in Memorial. Yes?

    This happen to me as well and it was a pvp death and just tried to respawn in one of the districts that EP owned and yes I'm a EP player on US Server Console. But it seems to only happen when i die on the sewers.

    This also happen to me during the IC event 2 times. I am also was playing my EP main char.

    Yes i am an Ebonheart. It happened several times for example when i died in sewers, Temple, Elven Garden and Nobles district. After i died it doesnt matter if i choose where to spawn or just press release, i respawn as dead person. For example it brings me to the base but not alive, just like in the picture Daspirria sent.

    had this happen a couple of days ago where I respawned in an undaunted lair, and I seemed fine to me, but my whole party saw my corpse zooming around.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    I reported this last week as well. Happened to me twice. I release, get put in a district we own and I remain death there unable to do anything.

    EU server Pact, spellbreaker campain.
    I put more details in my ticket (not sure about them all at this time)

    I notice this happens every time I accidentally re-spawn into the district, after dying in the sewers.

    Obviously this is a very frustrating bug, especially after waiting through a long queue to get into Cyrodiil only to be kicked from Cyrodiil due to this bug and having to log out.

    Indeed but sadly no one did pay attention we needed, I haven't play ESO for 20ish days due to this bug because it's so frustrating and waste of time to be honest.
