The bug I'm referring to is reguarding the The Quick Serpent set, the tool tip states "When you kill an enemy, you gain Major Expedition for 20 seconds, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%". Now, as most of you aware the set used to grant it's own special buff instead of major expedition known as "Quick Serpent" which zenimax removed as it allowed you to have Major Expedition and Quick Serpent at the same time grantin you insanely high movement speed. In combat of this, they nerfed It so now it grants Major Expedition, meaning you can no longer stack Major Expedition and Quick Serpent, however the set still grants Quick Serepent though it is not supposed too, so zenimax, have you un-nerfed it or just changed the tooltip and forgot to change the buff?
