Disclaimer: I have no idea if this place is a future player home or not, considering you're allowed to enter the compound. (I didn't try the house itself.) But there's no map icon for the place nor does the map topography even show it exists, so I'm pretty sure it's a future player home. So that said I had a peek and discovered a way to bypass the compound door.





Via that rock. I dunno, just thought if ZOS gave something walls with a door then I doubt they intended players to be able to jump over the walls.
