Cheers, I'm on PS4 EU, but have made adjustments as per the advice given here and will keep at it. Even if that just means an ipad with a youtube clip next to me while I do.

I'll keep moving down the road I'm on now and see where I get

Take this how you will, but understand my ultimate goal here is to help, not criticize.

I've spent a great deal of time helping people build their characters, as well as teaching people instance by instance how to complete pve content. Literally yesterday I spent an hour or more teaching a couple of newer players how to manage the Planar Inhibitor. Hopefully that speaks to my credibility.

In my honest opinion, you need a mentor. You need a guild or a small group of friends who want to help you learn mechanics and get better. But for this to work, you need to drop the mentatlity that suggests you've reached you're "player skill" peak. Ask me a year ago, ask me a year from now, I won't believe that's the case. If you want to be a better player (and there is always room to improve), and are willing to take suggestions and spend some time learning and practicing, then you have what it takes to get there.

I'll take you in myself if you're on PC NA. Otherwise I strongly encourage you to seek a small pve progression guild. Your best bet to getting this kind of individual attention and instruction is with a guild of less than 100, most likely. If you've got room to ask questions before you join (and you should, for any quality guild that wants you to be happy among their ranks), inquire as to whether or not they participate in veteran trials, and if they have members who can help you with each stage throughout vMA.

You may be thinking here, "not so sure about vMA and veteran trials." My guild has helped quite a few people make their way through vMA, arena by arena, and week by week. It's definitely not an overnight process, at least not for the majority of players, but believe me when I say that completing vMA makes you into a better player. It's a process, it's an experience, and it will make you into the player you claim to aspire towards, given your OP.

Give it some thought. Hit me up if you're on PC NA and interested. Otherwise, best of luck in finding the right guild. Chances are you'll go through a couple until you find the right one, but when you find it, you'll know it.

Thanks for the advice, I've set my champ points, mundus and skill bar (mostly, a few skills I dont have access to yet) to the same as Alcast's video as above, my stats now are pretty on par with his.

I'm running all legendary gear 2 x Leki swords (will work towards daggers) agility set and 2x velidreth. So far so good! Crit is up to 62% and yeah, dungeons are much more manageable.

I'll keep joining in trials when lag allows it and just generally enjoy a more fluid ESO experience.

    Thank you all

I don't know anything about your build, but if it helps I have ran the Hard DLC content on normal. A lot. It majorly helps to learn the content and what you need to do without getting overwhelmed so bad. I find it incredibly hard to learn anything when your group keeps wiping. The hard mechanics are the same. The group absolutely must be coordinated or really really good. Maybe both.

Normal ICP is still not like maelstrom where you just faceroll everything.

Well OP right off the bat I don't see the khajit race as helping a stam sorc unless you are constantly using invisibility potions...

I don't know much about stam sorc mechanics, but I have heard from numerous videos that stam sorc is not something you can just pick up and do. This has prevented me from leveling a stam sorc just yet.

If you can do these things, I would make three small suggestions...

    1) Change your race to Orc I think you will have a lot more fun with that speed boost Orc has

    2) Watch a bunch of recent stam sorc videos on ytube. "recent" being in the last 6 months.

    3) Try Black Rose Heavy Armor you can buy it from IC venders with Stones

Again, from what I have read on the forums and seen in stam sorc videos, very few people have optimized their stam sorc builds... So don't feel bad at all! It seems like this is a harder build to play at a high level with than most. Good luck!

Did you even read the OP?

    Howdy ya'll,

Just thought I'd update on the new and improved (largely) stats. There's an obvious decrease in resistance, moving from full heavy to 2/5 heavy/medium, but otherwise its a much better and easier build.

    AOm7Lys.jpg

Using 5 TBS (chest, legs, feet legendary, belt and gloves epic)
2 piece Velidreth 1 legendary one epic.
    2x Legendary Leki weapons,
3x robust agility jewellery (weapon damage 174 enchant)

Skills and Champ Points updated and respecced. Only thing preventing me from going full at vMA is the lag now.

Thanks for all your input, was greatly appreciated.
