yes they do i got 2 of them in crit trait and sword as well
they are not cheap .... xbone NA 200-300k each sometimes if your lucky you find it cheaper

Elegant swords and absolute trash anyway. The only reason people use them is for Overloading sorcs, but when you use Overload you lose the twin blunt and blade passive from dual wield skill line anyway so sharpened Elegant maces/axe/daggers do the exact same damage as sharpened Elegant swords, but for 1/5 of the price

LOL yhea .... gold neck of warlock is 800k to 1 mill i think ive seen elegance go for 500k plus and i know ive seen red mountain items go for 800k plus
and some guy selling 3 stacks of temper and 2 stacks of wax so each stacks of 200 temp alloy selling for 1.4 mill
.. for a person to have 600 temper and 400 wax <
