✭Is this for the "kill players" quests? My only thought would be that perhaps you don't have a skill point allocated to the final passive in Fighter's Guild.0 -

✭✭You don't need the fighters guild for the "kill 20 enemy players" quests. You just need to do the "welcome to Cyrodiil" quest.0
