btw thanks for still having charged on the loot table in VMA zos... clearly best trait for those weapons can't have too much 100% chance.

    No training ice staff? You got robbed. Also ZOS wants you to be frustrated like this and keep playing because some marketer with a BA in BS has convinced them that frustrated customers are happy customers. And that trusting in RNG instead of having faith in the repeat-ability of their great content is how you retain customers.

    maybe if everyone stopped running it,they'd use their "hard data" and realize it sucks. But yea that won't happen.

    Its nice to see the staff stats, now I don't have to do vMA ever and give up a set and a skill slot for a skill I have 0 interest in using these days

    That charged lightning staff is probably the second best trait for it. 200% chance to concuss, concussed enemies in wall of elements are set off balance, off balance take more damage from heavy attack, vMA bonus also give more heavy attack damage in wall of elements. I would prefer that over my precise trait on mine. Charged is pretty dirty on the frost staff too for crowd control in PvP but I would just use a regular staff with a frost enchant for this.

    Charged really shouldn't be there. Like the othera can be crap but make sense (powered doesn't outside or resto really I guess). Charged though. That's big middle finger.

    Nice weapon variety. If you like charged. I've never had a dagger drop in any trait. Have all 1h Axes though. :)
