He's wearing a hat. He gets points for the shorts, what looks like a light coat, and blowing snow, but the hat seriously distracts from his winter cred. Seriously, what was he thinking going out dressed like that!
He's also wearing sneakers; and they aren't leather. I am certain snow melted into them.

@ZOS_RichLambert wears shorts 24/7. Even in winter (we have a picture of him shoveling snow wearing shorts)

Even those that 'hate' the game still hang around the forums. EsO is lucky that there isnt anything better is quite often thrown around, but, lol that means its the best, lol.
I wish it were not vroken in many ways, vut for all its flaws there is something special about it.

So regarding this hard data, does it discriminate between inactive & active characters?ZOS_RichLambert wrote: »I probably shouldn't respond to such a post, but gotta jump in. We do use data and compare that to player feedback and our own experiences on live. Players always assume that what they see is what everyone is doing... that is a very dangerous assumption. Let's take a more detailed look at question #7... (even though its trolly)"What hard data did you use when buffing heavy armor? If your data is reliable and / or your ability to interpret this data is satisfactory, why are HA sets like Black Rose so popular among damage dealers?"
Note: I'm only using NA PC data for a quick example... I don't have the time to wait for the report to parse all 180+ GB of data for all platforms.
Current armor bias of ALL players on NA PC:
Current armor bias of ONLY PVP players on NA PC
.. and now just for fun, here's the bias of all PVP players on NA PC with 501+ CP.
So in general, heavy isn't as popular as everyone thinks in PVP, especially at the higher end CP. The changes to heavy armor have swung things much closer to what I would call overall parity than ever before. There is still room for improvement however, especially when we start digging into things like class armor bias breakdowns. (i.e. - DK generally prefer heavy over all other armor types...etc)
wildbear247 wrote: »ESO is currently my favorite game to play so I gotta give ZOS some love. Been playing for a little over a year now, and this is my first MMO.
Things that initially drew me to the game and made me stick around:
1) Excellent music.
2) Beautiful virtual world to explore. I'm constantly amazed by the artwork and detail in this game and give a one-sided fist bump to the artists behind it.
3) Dynamic combat system that involved blocking, dodging, weaving together attacks, animation cancelling, etc.
4) 4 interesting classes to play, which could be played in different ways (healers, damage dealers, tanks, etc.)
5) Being able to PvP and PvE.
6) The thought of playing a game that included all the elements above, but which would also continue to grow and evolve into something even better.
Ways that ESO has evolved and become a better game since I started playing:
--- PvE ---
1) Questing. Starting with Wrothgar I think the solo questing has improved, especially compared to the quests found in the original game.
2) Better chance of getting your hands on some good loot (e.g. monster sets from the dungeons and Undaunted chests drop more often now).
3) Improved group finder and they've added rewards for using it, thereby motivating players to use it more often.
--- PvP ---
1) Lag has gotten much better in Cyrodiil. I stepped away from ESO in March of this year, partially because I was so annoyed with the Cyrodiil lag and the resulting "slide show battles" that would ensue when there were like more than 20 people fighting. Since returning to ESO in June the Cyrodiil lag has much improved for me. It's not completely eliminated, but 95% of the time I'm in awesome battles and get no lag (I run the game on Medium video settings in Cyrodiil, and High everywhere else).
2) Imperial City has been a nice addition and often allows for more small scale PvP compared to Cyrodiil. Don't have to deal with riding long distances to find some good PvP action either. The addition of the district control points provides even more focus points for conflict to occur and has been nice.
--- GENERAL ---
1) Craft Bags really helps free up inventory space. I wish they had a way for non-subscribers to get in on the joys of a larger inventory, but that's another topic.
2) Assistants. I really like the Bank assistant myself and use it all the time.
--- Update 12 ---
1) Dueling
2) Letting players explore Tamriel from the very start.
3) Removing alliance restrictions for all PvE content.
4) Cool new sets and more consistent methods of obtaining them.
5) Even better chances of getting the monster sets.
So two big thumbs-up to ZOS for creating a really fun and visually/audibly beautiful game like ESO.
If I could have just one area of improvement it would be an overhauled way in which ZOS gathers, assesses, responds to, and incorporates player feedback on the current and future state of the game.
