...seriously though, nerfs make PVE more challenging. Which you should want if something is OP...I guess feeling godlike, killing stupidly weak mobs does feel good though.

It seems crazy to me that almost every class can hit like a truck, heal like a cleric (somewhat), and put up decent defenses. - 'train as a knight' raising heavy armor effectiveness, increasing defenses, add taunt to some skills, but lower damage.
- 'train as a summoner' raising the effectiveness of pets, converting the players abilities to mostly pet abilities, sacrifice the players damage, but increase pet damage.
- etc..

Coming back after a 6 month break from the game and there seems to be more cancer builds in pvp than ever.. Tanks that wont die, stam sorcs running around at 100mph with hurricane and 5k weapon damage, templars who spam heal + radiant and not much else, nightblades who lock stock and execute from stealth in a couple seconds.
Feels like a lot of the skill is gone imo.

10. Flare. Why? It has the exact same problem as #6. If you run a magicka build, you're dead when you run out of stamina.
11. Radiant Destruction, the infamous Jesus Beam. Why? You know why.
It should be noted that this should ONLY affect PvP.

You give no reasonable answer to any of these nerf requests. I just see a bunch of "I got killed in PvP with it pls nerf".

You know, it's ok to disagree in a more pleasant manner.
Mass hysteria is annoying because it applies to multiple targets but if I could just reliably break it then I probably wouldn't care about it.
Radiant works as intended in small scale combat. It needs the range because people could just dodge roll right out of it and that defeats it's purpose. On the other hand in large scale battles it's cheese. Just spam it non stop. It will hit an opponent fighting off 2 guys and if his health drops he is dead. This skill still is not overperforming. 3 people attacking 1 guy should kill the other character. Does anybody remember proxy det bomb builds that could wipe out 10+ opponents in less than 10 seconds?
