1.Hurricane. Why? No way to counter it, you can't dodge out or knockback because the radius increases. You cannot stealth because of the large radius.
2.Biting Jabs/Puncturing Sweep. Why? The constant spam of it, and isn't it supposed to knockback? It does not so you cannot stealth out. And when they spam jabs you'll be dead, and when they spam sweep you cannot kill them because of the heal.
3.Aspect of terror. Why? It cannot be broken, even after repeated "fixes". Reduce the fear to 2 seconds.
4.Talons. Why? It can be spammed. Over and over and over again.
5.Reverse slice. Why? I get that it's two handed, but it's simply way too powerful. If you're at less than 50% health, you're looking at an 8k damage spam.
6.Snipe. Why? No ability should do that much damage from that far of a range, even if it does take 1 second to cast and is dodgeable. If spammed against a magicka player, they're dead when out of stamina with no way to counter it.
7.Anything that stuns for more than 3 seconds. Why? If you don't run a stamina build it's an instant death sentence. And even if you do, all CC is so buggy and laggy you probably won't be able to break it..
8.Horse knockoff stun. Why? This is also a death sentence. You should be able to break it, otherwise reduce the stun to 1.5 - 2 seconds. It should also provide CC immunity WHILE you're stunned.
9.Uppercut. Why? Also too much damage. If you get knocked off a horse, you're looking at 2 direct hits from it, in addition to the knockback. All they have to do now is use reverse slice (see #5).
10. Flare. Why? It has the exact same problem as #6. If you run a magicka build, you're dead when you run out of stamina.
11. Radiant Destruction, the infamous Jesus Beam. Why? You know why.
It should be noted that this should ONLY affect PvP.
