Firstly not all Khajiit are Santie. Many have no interest in yarn at all. Some are sober and many are most respectable traders and scholars.
Secondly to reduce the personality of an entire race to just a few actions is perhaps a little narrow yes?
Fourthly it would only then be fair to have a personality too for all other races.
Khajiit admits though there is a very big part of her that really wants to see the snooty elves playing with balls of yarn ...

Although I'm sorry Santie, there was supposed to be a "Thirdly" between "Secondly and "Fourthly", and I'm sure one of my characters stole it. Probably the Khajiit.
