Cannot submit a support ticket

So my CC info changed and I went into my account settings to change it. Well, when I try to, it asks for a secret password, which I don't recall the answer to. Well, I figured I try and submit a ticket. Except I can't log in to support on Firefox and I can log in on Internet Explorer but I can't submit a ticket. I tried finding support on Facebook and Twitter and never heard back. The support phone number is an auto message that tells you to submit a ticket online...and you have no email support.

So I'm just wondering if you guys still want my business or not because you seem to have made it impossible to keep it.

    You mentioned being able to log in with Internet Explorer. You should see the option to "email" on the right-hand side of the "Support" page under "Ask for Help". This can be done after logging in at this location specifically (rather than account login). If there is a specific block that hasn't been outlined please let us know.

    Otherwise, if you attempt to submit a ticket as someone who "can't log in" you will not need to log in to make contact. You can find a forgotten password option here. If you mean you have forgotten your security answer I would suggest a compromised ticket. While this isn't an outside interference you are compromised without your security information and they should be able to walk you through the basics.
