So my CC info changed and I went into my account settings to change it. Well, when I try to, it asks for a secret password, which I don't recall the answer to. Well, I figured I try and submit a ticket. Except I can't log in to support on Firefox and I can log in on Internet Explorer but I can't submit a ticket. I tried finding support on Facebook and Twitter and never heard back. The support phone number is an auto message that tells you to submit a ticket online...and you have no email support.
So I'm just wondering if you guys still want my business or not because you seem to have made it impossible to keep it.
