You can access anything in the guild store from any bank, just choose the guild store tab and press triangle to adjust which guilds store you wish to access.
All a trader does is grant access for anybody NOT in the guild to access the store through the trader, in this case located in eastmarch.
So you will still be able to sell goods through it.
