Eastmarch is in EP. It's a pretty decent trading area as the way shrine is right next to the traders :-)

Sorry, ive had to remove myself from the guild as I just cant get to Eastmarch yet to make use of the trader. My questline just isn’t progressed enough

You can access the trader via any bank in the game, you don't have to go to Eastmarch itself.

Is that not just the guild store only for guildies to buy from? Or does it stick the stuff in the trader too?

You can access anything in the guild store from any bank, just choose the guild store tab and press triangle to adjust which guilds store you wish to access.
All a trader does is grant access for anybody NOT in the guild to access the store through the trader, in this case located in eastmarch.
So you will still be able to sell goods through it. Even if you can't get to eastmarch yourself.

That's what I thought, but just to clarify, only guild mates will be able to buy my stuff and not general players (Ie wider market)?

Everyone can buy your stuff, you don't have to visit the trader itself to list your stuff for sale
