Purchased crowns not delivered

I purchased crowns about 2 days ago and they have yet to be delivered. Valve has confirmed that my purchase was successful. I tried to log in to the "Support" section of the ESO website but the log in button literally does nothing. I would like my crowns or a refund. I have my digital receipt avail for whomever I need to contact.

Players who have not received crowns purchased with their Steam Wallet should contact Xsolla support at http://support.xsolla.com/.

If Xsolla support is unable to resolve the issue, and the crowns are still missing, please contact ESOTU Customer support at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask.

When contacting us, players should include the reference number for the Xsolla support ticket and a screenshot of the purchase that includes the transaction ID.
