I tried running the game from Steam 2 days ago and hoping to play sometime as I did always with no problem but instead I got this an error saying that either my password was incorrect or that I was supposed to use the launcher to play in the game, which was what I was doing. I repaired the ESO client it did nothing, copy pasted the CD Key I got on steam to the ESO site, did nothing, My account seems active but I cannot play the game because of the error.
So here is the juicy part.
I verified the integrity of game cache today to see if it was a problem on steams end or anything else. There were 780 something files that were not installed (somehow).
And the game folder from E disc only have this in it.
zosSteamRemover
The game seems to still take up 169gb on disc when I check from Programs and Features. The File is EMPTY however, All the shortcuts from the game are not usable anymore as if its deleted but it's still taking space and now since steam couldn't find all those folders it's trying to download freaking 56gb AGAİN.
The folders in live/liveeu/pts are still in place.
I am writing here because I send a ticket and no one cared to take glimpse at it and only copy pasted the usual:

I replied that it wasn't solved. And no response. And this happened exactly 21 hours ago.
What wisdom does the ESO community have for the problem clearly ZOS doesn't give a damn about?
I don't have an idea as to what information to include in the question to get the point across so let me know if there is anything you wish to know.
