Is "waiting" considered content?

Was doing a delve in cyrodil that had a total of 5 bosses. only 2 spawns at a time, and you have to kill them and wait for respawn and hope ou get the one you are missing.

And it is RNG which one spawns. It took me 55 minutes to get them all to spawn. Is this fun?

We already have a timer on how often we can get loot from bosses, so whats the point of this? Is it fun for a player to clear the dungeon, then just sit there and wait?

Why so often there is timer and grind set into place just to extend the content in a non fun way? "Come explore this delve, it is 55 minutes of action! (40minutes of waiting)" lol cmon

    Ah you have to have someone camp at the other bosses, to slay them so the one you want spawns. If nobody kills the others, yours will not spawn.

    It helps chasing those achievements with others, so one camps on the boss everyone else spreads out and slay the other bosses - when the boss you want spawns, write it in group chat and wait for the group to gather, then slay the boss together.

    Not to mention that group of enemy players that are destined to show up in the dungeon sooner or later :cold_sweat:

    Trying to complete Cyrodiil on a PVE character can be nerve–racking

    It does seem an odd mechanic, if you like turning them icons white :) .But I guess they like us running around, redoing content, not just charging round every delve in an hour to tick boxes.

    So its not a bad thing as gives us reasons to keep going. So I guess rather than fight it to grind it off, take your time is less stressful, I mean it's handy to kill a boss every PvP session for the AP gain anyway...

    Was doing a dungeon boss camp in Cyro back when hubby still played and there were all 3 factions in there waiting on the same guy. Everyone was running around and killing the others as they spawned and avoiding dmg aoes so not to kill one another LOL. We eventually got him, but yeah it took a while. Wait was made more entertaining by the misc company all emoting and chattering in /say.

    (I am strictly pve, and when we got the boss and left I was insta killed at the door before I even finished zoning on my screen by some other alliance coming in LOL good times!)

    Hahaha, 55min you lucky one...

    Nobody forces you to wait, or do you complain at your city streets department, cause there's to much road between the roundabouts you really enjoy?

    Ya i did the group thing with my other char with friends, but most of them dont play anymore and I only have about an hour per day. I guess it doesn't matter since its not like I need the xp or loot or anything, but it doesn't mean that the mechanics has an purpose other than prolong the content.

    lol @sdtlc what kind of line of logic is that, this has nothing to do with traveling and space between objectives in the first place. And "no one forces u" so u can't complain. next time u go out to eat and get served a plate of ***, make sure u eat it and dont complain, no one forced u to eat there. lick that goodies up boy

    Actually you'd be surprised how much people trying to do PvE while still an opponent are willing to leave you alone if you leave them alone. Some may try to attack you but if they can't kill you they will give up eventually :p My Tank had no problems doing Cyrodiil Delves as a result XD

    By the way it's 10 minutes between boss spawns so if a boss you need hasn't spawned after 10 minutes since the last boss you killed go check the other spawn spots.

    Yeah, I also thought "Only 55 minutes?"

    The cave you speak of is not half as bad as Ruby Red Cave (whichever of the 2 bosses you *don't* need is the one that keeps respawning. EVERY TIME) and Pothole Cavern (3 bosses and there's always one that's stubborn).

    But to an extent, I like spending time in the delves. there are usually quite a few chests and rune nodes that I can harvest while I wait. Plus XP from killing the mob respawns isn't bad.

    Wish I had same experience as you. Enemy factions I see around Cyrodiil they are all hostile. Even the fisherman Ebonheart Pact player that seem peaceful, the moment they see me they instantly brandish his sword and stab stab on me.

    And for DC enemy player, I always died before I can do anything
