For starters, it's an Elder Scrolls game... People buy Elder Scrolls games in search of: Adventuring, fluid PVE combat, immersive backgrounds, lore, story-telling, and things of that nature. Not so much PVP. I did a poll not too long ago asking if people would buy another ZOS title, and the results came back that most people wouldn't (58%). And that the reasoning why people bought ESO in the first place, was because of the game being apart of the Elder Scrolls franchise. That in itself should answer your question. PvP is for people who like to use the best gear and "skills" to take advantage of less geared, less "skilled" players. They will come here to whine about anything that slows them down on farming weaker players or god forbid they die to anyone for any reason.
