One again a fault - one again no word from Zos to say they are aware. It takes 2 seconds to pop a line in on the yellow strip. Never mind if porblem islong or ashort - TEL US YOU ARE AWARE please.

Very relaxed - very patient - but HATE sloppy and poor customer service. A simpl enotifications takes seconds and hurts no-one but doesa lot of good.
