Characters are Locked?

Not sure what's going on but my characters are locking after 5-10 minutes of gameplay and for no reason at all. Please unlock my characters immediately. I just started playing again a few days ago. I have already contacted support through email/ticket and have called as well and nothing. Thanks.

    Hmm... did you try checking your account status on this site to see if there is any outstanding ban? And if you don't mind me asking, what were you doing at the time of lock? Any patterns?

    I made a couple of new characters but picked the wrong alliance once then the second time I picked the wrong class then I deleted and made a 3rd and finally got it right. That's when this happened.

    I believe you can check on "Account status". As in, from the ESO main site. I would try and get the link, but on my phone at the moment. I wish you luck, friend. Make sure to send a support ticket as well as check this thread for response.
