Characters are Locked?
Not sure what's going on but my characters are locking after 5-10 minutes of gameplay and for no reason at all. Please unlock my characters immediately. I just started playing again a few days ago. I have already contacted support through email/ticket and have called as well and nothing. Thanks.

I made a couple of new characters but picked the wrong alliance once then the second time I picked the wrong class then I deleted and made a 3rd and finally got it right. ✭✭✭✭I believe you can check on "Account status". As in, from the ESO main site. I would try and get the link, but on my phone at the moment. I wish you luck, friend. Make sure to send a support ticket as well as check this thread for response.0
