- have a look at Dragon Blood (need fix) in Cyrodil...
- have a look at Dragon Leap (still does not work at high population)
- have a look at Magma Armor or explain why we can get over 10K damage while it is up
- have a look at Reflective Scale that does not reliably reflect projectiles anymore (even under 4 per cast)
- have a look at CC break too (unreliable even at 100% stamina)
- have a look at keep doors and Shrines that do not function as desired.
I would be so happy to play a game that works...

Sometimes, you get a bug preventing you from using it. All it says is "Target is too high or too low".
For some reason, using a heavy attack will fix it, but that'd be nice if, you know, it actually worked.

Ouch, that sounds painful. They probably "fixed" it when alliance traitors were using it to pull enemies up into keeps.

However chains does work, and fairly well, a good 80% of the time , as long as we're throwing out made up percentages. But there are several instances it doesn't. This leads to the following issuses:
- You can't pull mobs "up" long distances but you can pull them down, possibly to stop keep wall hopping
- Thresholds tend to be tricky, and don't let you pull enemies. Not the same thresholds will bug out gap closers too
- there see to be unseen doors, or pathing issues out in open fields, leading to more confusion why you can't pull.
- When you pull archers or casters they will immediately back up, despite and root you have waiting.
- Folks "blink" from one spot to another, making it hard to see where to hit them, but they normally have a moment of lag when pulled as well
- hains do not refund if the person dodges or blocks the chain
Hope that clears up some misconceptions about its "weak" state.
This ability is pretty OP when working right and by someone that knows when to use it. This is one of the reasons speed runners will use it in VDSA and other trials.
