Still just as useless as before in my opinion.

The buff to SA is funny though. CC immunity? That isn't enough. It needs to be instant.
THIS IS ALSO NOT BURST.
A melee dps and a magicka DPS both at 20% using berserker strike and this is not a competition. Berserker strike will win every time, range is not a defense line here.
In the time it takes SA to channel, Vigor and Rally ticks will knock off some damage. Meanwhile, melee gets insta-cast ults that everyone agrees are OP.Edited by Rykmaar on September 12, 2016 6:20PM1 -

& this right here is the problem....
They need to do something different with the ultimate to make it worth slotting over meteor...
At the minute Meteor is:
- Cheaper
- Does more damage
- Gives 2% max magicka for being slotted (Increasing overall dps)
- Increases magicka recovery 2%
- Gives empower on next skill
With the changes in 6.1 there is now even less compelling reasons to slot the destro ulti.... the damage buffs to the shock & fire versions are still way below meteor & that is all it does.... literally nothing else.GM of the Unholy LegacyPC/EU/EP3 -

✭✭just gimmie a propper flame/frost/shock bolt from the left hand thats fast, has a CC effect and hits as hard as a procced sorc frag.
fire can stun, shock can "paralyze" meaning a stand on the spot fear and frost can impale, meaning a root that increases the cost of the next dodge roll by 30%.

Meteor will always be my buff because of the passives in Mage's Guild that give extra Magicka, which translates into even more damage... especially since I already have to have Magelight on my bar just to be competitive. May as well maximize the Mage's Guild buffs since they're so critical.It still pretty much and ultimate that no one will use lol. Meteor is better in every way0 -

Elemental Storm is bugged and apply additional elemental effects(root/duration/damage) only to Elemental Rage morph.
From the Patch Notes thats intended. They specifically state "Fiery/ Icey/ Thunderous Rage and that it replaces the 100% status effect application, an effect only the Elemental rage morph had.
This is imo actually a good thing, because a PbAoE with built in immobilize would not be very healthy for the game.
