Account banned and dont know why

Apparently it was banned for using cheat engine, but i have never even installed cheat engine on my pc. No one else has the account info and no one else would have access to the account in any way shape or form. I have tried reaching out via email many times now and I finally got through to employees but basically got a carbon copy of the auto response, which basically says we detected cheat engine so the account will be permanently disabled. Once again this is 100% impossible to have even occurred. For reference I only had ftc and the lorebook add ons installed. The only third party program running was ds4, which is an adaptor for a ps4 controller so that it functions with windows. I basically was just testing it out as multiple of my friends from ps4 are considering transferring to pc and they wanted to know if you could use a ps4 controller. As of right now I can only assume that is the program that was detected as "cheat engine", despite it not giving any advantages whatsoever to use. (more of a disadvantage compared to mnk) I'm not sure what to do as emailing zos for support just gets the same response that I used cheat engine.

OP. I hope you hear back from the CS soon. It helps to appeal a template answer.

On another note, I don't think your console players will ever be able to get a chance to transfer to PC. Devs have long ago said that there would be no more transfers after the original PC to console transfer. Since then, we've been asking, and they refuse to answer. =S

It's also unlikely because it would take business away from microsoft and sony.

They are actually trying to start fresh on pc, they know that they probably wont be able to transfer progress and characters but are fine with starting fresh. Thanks for the support!
