Can i redeem Gold Edition key to my imperial edition account?

✭✭✭✭✭No, you can't redeem Gold Edition codes on existing accounts. I have Imperial Edition and I want to buy the Gold Edition, but in web store appears this error: YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT.
Any option to make this works or Zenimax gave me this upgrade?

Ok, to clarify, you'll receive this error message if you already own ESO. In this case, you should head to the Crown Store (in about 30 minutes) to purchase the Guilds & Glory DLC pack.
