Since patch changes on the pts are usually on a weekly basis, will the next version come Friday or next week? There hasn't been any mention of patch maintenance as of yet.

So no, it will not come this week. Monday or Tuesday as usual.
This is the first time pts (as far as I remember) That there was no patch after the 1st week of pts.
So they had like 1 week more to gather feedback

I wonder if we will have another week of NA testing, then...Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.

Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
