Is this a mistake in the patch notes?
Weapons
Penetrating Magick: Wall of Elements and Elemental Storm will not currently benefit from the additional Spell Penetration provided by this passive.. Rank two of this passive: Destro staff spells to ignore 10% of enemy spell resistance. Most trial bosses have around 27K spell resistance so essentially I am losing 2700K spell penetration.
I'm trying to understand why this nerf? The brand new weapon ultimate and one of the skills no longer get the passive ability of that skill line?

You may run into some robo-VO, particularly in Craglorn, or missing sounds entirely. Final audio is still being worked on and adjusted.
Combat & Gameplay

Final battle leveled combat balance is still being iterated on, and improvements will be ongoing throughout PTS testing.
Note: Monsters and bosses in Craglorn specifically are currently more difficult than intended.
Dueling
In some rare cases, AP may be unintentionally earned during a duel.
In extremely rare cases, you may appear to still be in a duel, even after the duel has ended. You can fix this by relogging, or challenging another player.
