ESO+ purchase issue

Hi, I paid for ESO Plus last week, but it is not applied to my account yet. My bank already show the transaction made, but in paypal shows it's still pending. What's wrong?

I can add that I bought the game from steam, but I don't play the game from steam client anymore (my three last installs are from the client downloaded directly from elderscrollsonline.com), (idk if that info is useful).

    Did you subscribe for ESO Plus from Steam or the ZOS Store? Note, I am not sure where you are supposed to do the subscription, but it may be it needs to be from Steam and not the Store. However, something to check.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    It does look like you are supposed to get it from the Store, at least based on some other posts
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    You may want to contact customer support if you would like an update on what the transaction status is at the moment. They can let you know if they see anything unusual.

    If it is still pending with Paypal though it would probably be best to contact Paypal to see if they can tell you what held up the transaction. ESO Plus won't apply until the Paypal transaction clears.

    For the record, in the invoice from paypal says, attached to the respective ticket, says (spanish):
    "Se trata de una autorización temporal para confirmar que su forma de pago cubrirá el pago. Cuando Zenimax Online Studios finalice su pedido, se realizará el cargo en su forma de pago."

    same In english:
    "This is a temporary authorization to confirm that your payment will cover the payment. When ZeniMax Online Studios complete its order, the charge will be in the form of payment."

    So, seems I need to wait an action from ZOS.
