Can't log in to Support

Hey all,
I am trying to submit a ticket for an issue I am having, but when I click "Additional Support Options" under the Support tab, it's asking me to log in. I try to log in using the exact same info I am using to post here (which is my account info), and it's failing. It then gives me options that say "Forgot User Name" and "Forgot Password". I reset password, but it still isn't working. I can't log into the game because it's crashing. How else can I get support for this issue? Is there anyone I can tag maybe?

ZOS_DaryaKadminIf you still need to submit a ticket to our support team, click the "Can't log in" link under the log in button and then select "suspended/compromised" so our technical support agents can assist you with both the issue you're having and your log-in issues.
