Home and Guest Campaign on Trueflame - cannot change Guest Campaign(locked)

Previously my Home Campaign was Ebony Blade and Guest Campaign Trueflame
I switched my Home Campaign to Trueflame when the current campaign should be ended.
Now I have a Home Campaign AND a Guest Campaign on the same Campaign Trueflame, and unable to switch the guest campaign as it's locked.
Normal behaviour?
Why it won't ask to change the Guest Campaign, as it should notice it's been changed to Home Campaign?
