You know that counts as your "wish" and you'd basically have wasted it right?

We noticed that the thread has gotten a bit heated recently. Now if there was one thing I could change, it would be the Skeleton Polymorph making my Nord character shorter when being used

This is an example of what I would change. ZOS is quick to moderate the forums, but terrible at banning cheaters.

Character progression/alt/new player friendly.
Champ points should be given in increments of five to speed up character cap.
All non class specific Skill point abilities should be account-wide like champion points.
It takes far too long, and too much time to make one character worthy of pve content/dlc endgame.
PvP in this game is a absolute joke, hardly pvp at all due to these enormous gaps among players.
(cp/skill points/gear vs cp/skill points/gear) is not pvp, and has nothing to do with skill.
I would increase the player pool for new and endgame content, and decrease the gap among players in pvp making the game more inclusive for new players and altholics.

I'd replace it all with a random loot + gear system similar to Diablo 2's or Path Of Exile's where the focus is not on sets but on good rares and uniques, rolled at random when they drop. Crafting can produce random rares as well or maybe allow for guaranteed affixes and suffixes.
ESO is way too focused on sets, and I find the Diablo 2 and Path Of Exile systems highly addictive and have always wanted to see them in a MMORPG.
