How can I mark a ticket as "solved" in the Support ticket dashboard?

In `Home > Support > Account Overview ` I can view the support tickets I wrote, but after one been solved, can I close it and/or mark as solved?

    Usually you can reply to your Agent in the last ticket and just let them know to solve it. If you don't have that email any more just leave the ticket number here. We can have it closed for you.

    Hi @ZOS_CoriJ , thank you! My ticket ref. is 160902-001717 I already replied there that it's solved.
