I understand the purpose of the 15-minute que when you leave a group. It is to prevent people from breaking up groups making the process take longer. I'm not here to address whether that is good or bad. My issues are the unintended side effects of the que.
If your group disbands you should not be penalized. Let's say you join a group just for them to completely disband. The person left interested in running a quick dungeon is now left with a 15-minute timer. Additionally, the group finder should have a unanimous vote to disband. If disbanded this way, why should there be a 15-minute que? The entire group agreed for whatever reason.
You should be able to re-roll a dungeon. How many times has four level 25s rolled for a random normal and came up with CoS? If they know the battles and their characters they could beat the normal version. The problem is not everyone does and the 15-30minute random dungeon just turned into a 1h+ affair. The group finder should have a unanimous vote to re-roll the dungeon. This isn't even addressing the magnitude of doing random vet. Unless you have a pre-made group, never roll a random vet unless you have plenty of time and patience available.
Everything from a bug to accidentally queuing the wrong dungeon can end up penalizing you 15 minutes. Please address how and when this que is applied with the next patch. Thank you.
