Well here we are again the topic that everyone knows, and has herd about ESO Customer Support....
The Support has gone from being ok and actually replying when ESO was fully sub based and not B2P with optional ESO+ and now it has gone to heck with no responses what so ever from the support, to automated responses and then have it automatically check the issue as resolved after the automated response has been sent.
Or ESO Support sending you how well did we do with our feedback forms even when they did not send you any support in the first place.
what does everyone think of this and any options on this discussion perhaps any insights, on the topic and incidents that the community has had in the past and present.
