ESO Customer Support aka. No Support

Well here we are again the topic that everyone knows, and has herd about ESO Customer Support....
The Support has gone from being ok and actually replying when ESO was fully sub based and not B2P with optional ESO+ and now it has gone to heck with no responses what so ever from the support, to automated responses and then have it automatically check the issue as resolved after the automated response has been sent.
Or ESO Support sending you how well did we do with our feedback forms even when they did not send you any support in the first place.
what does everyone think of this and any options on this discussion perhaps any insights, on the topic and incidents that the community has had in the past and present.

    if they close this post then I guess they just don't care about anything anymore, well tbh they don't give a darn about the community and they think that oh yes give the community in ESO costumes and new mounts and they will forget how buggy the game is and how bad the support is and everything will be ok, but guess what everyone knows this problem and everyone if not most people always end up talking about this in the forums and nothing gets sorted out never...

    Do they still have support - last couple of times I got nothing except a survey after a few days asking how my support experience had been now my issues had been resolved.

    I assumed they'd just replaced them all with a small script to save money?

    possibly it might be a script, since every time you send a support ticket you get an automated response and then the ticket is then set as resolved so I am guessing it is a application or something that looks for key words in your ticket and then send the relevant 'help' and after that a loving and caring *sarcasm* how was your support/answer and did you find it to be helpful email...
    also they earn so much damn money from ESO+ Members that if they are cutting down on the support then I guess then they are just greedy

    Not much on noticing correlation are you? Less money, less support. Then there is also the possibility that you ask stupid questions of support

    I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. The surveys are not sent out until after a reply is sent, but replies from the support channel sometimes land in a junk folder, or the social or promotions tab in Gmail. Check your email for another response from the support team. It will likely be an automatic response, you can reply to it and it should get routed to human.

    My experience with ESO and Zenni support has been a good one thus far and i have personally nothing to complain about.
    Templar, Sorc and DK all the way!

    Shouldn't the first line be a human looking into the problem? Yes it takes time to respond to tickets, but there would be a greater rate in solving problems if someone looks into it from the beginning meaning less time for players waiting for their problems to be solves.

    see this is where you have it they do not have time, the only time they have is counting the money they make from players... so now somewhat what most of the community though that the tickets were not being resolved is because they actually use bots and automated messages to answer your problems...

    Don't blame automated responses. It is Chet ignoring all your correspondences.
