Downloading PTS since 2 Days now

I download this PTS without pausing since almost 2 days now, as you can see i have 100MB Download, and the Client is downloading the PTS with 1MB... why is the Client only using 1% of my Speed, WHY? I dont do anything else in that time that uses Download, it doesent even matter if i see streams or videos, no change at all. My "Maximum Download" in the Client Settings is at unlimited. Im EU and ik its downloading from the US Servers, but WHAT?
Just why is the Client THAT BAD? I probably wont ever be able to test this PTS, because it will be offline before it downloaded for me, good job, good programming, just wow. Im a BIT mad right now.

It would seem that my PTS client was just fine...even though I was only viewing the UI with a black background.
So thinking that the problem was on my end I checked for updated video drivers and Uninstalled the PTS client
MISTAKE!!!!!!!
Only to find that there is a bug that sets the graphics to something that is beyond what the live server supports!
Now I've spent the past 16 hours re-downloading the PTS client at a snail's pace...
But at least I'm up to 69% complete!!!!
Hopefully when I wake up I'll be able to actually begin testing....
PLEASE increase the PTS download speed ZOS!!!!
Next time I Might have to reconsider jumping down the rabbit hole

✭Try and Pause > Resume it. It downloads 20-50MB each time you do that. So you know.. Do that enough times and you'll have PTS downloaded spoooooooon!Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.
