Vivecannon Not at Tel Var Greater Armorer

I'm wondering if there is a glitch. I can buy a Vicecannon equipment lock box fine and get jewelery but I cant see any vicecannon armor in the tel var greater armorer, and no armor lock box either. Should they be there and this is a bug, or what?
Second question - what's the highest value tel var armor I can convert into gold by selling at guild traders? What's in high demand? I'm thinking black rose but I'm interested what others think.

✭I'm not sure about the first portion of your question, but as far as what's selling well right now, I'd suggest Black Rose. It's going for a pretty penny on PC atm, much higher than I would have expected given its Tel Var cost.0
