Vivecannon Not at Tel Var Greater Armorer

I'm wondering if there is a glitch. I can buy a Vicecannon equipment lock box fine and get jewelery but I cant see any vicecannon armor in the tel var greater armorer, and no armor lock box either. Should they be there and this is a bug, or what?

Second question - what's the highest value tel var armor I can convert into gold by selling at guild traders? What's in high demand? I'm thinking black rose but I'm interested what others think.

I'm not sure about the first portion of your question, but as far as what's selling well right now, I'd suggest Black Rose. It's going for a pretty penny on PC atm, much higher than I would have expected given its Tel Var cost.
