LAG/Monsters delaying to die

Im leveling my sorcerer and im having this issues: monsters are delaying to die (thats right, they are dead, but they lifebar takes like 2s to get to 0) and a little of delay in actions.
Or is it just me ?

Restarting the game works for me when that happens.
