They did fail to mention a few things:

    1. No ganking Emily's stones
    2. Only 10 AD will be allowed in IC at any given time. ( They want players to have fun besides AD )

LOVING this IC promo. Been finding lots of small scale/solo PvP in IC and making bank on stones =). Was going to go for emp this campaign but this is just so much more fun.

It is too bad that there normally aren't more people in IC or the sewers. It seems this is really designed for small scale battles. I was down there a few weeks ago grinding for stones for my Phoenix armor, and it was totally dead... I think I ran into 3 other players in the four hours it took to get enough stones for the armor... I wondered if this would provide a boost to the pop down there.

I noticed a lot more activity yesterday. I've been down there for a little over a week. I bought me 5 pieces of blackrose armor and I have around 10 vaults I haven't opened yet.

Just a tip, if someone from Pugz ask you to join them in IC, bank all your stones. They have a flag man fetish, I think.

I think there is just too many mobs down there and that turns a lot of PvPers off since the mobs do inflict a decent amount of damage.

Edit: Also the fact that nothing you do there affects the campaign is probably a big turn off too.

Yeah, that's true, there are A LOT of mobs down there... It does make it interesting needing to worry about mobs and players, but not really the cyrodiil experience in small scale that I think most people are looking for.

Now what would be cool is if they greatly reduced the mobs in the IC, then have it so that you could dethrone by either 1) taking the ring of keeps in Cyrodiil or 2) taking all the flags in IC.

I never really understood the flags down in IC. You might get a small bonus but other than that I don't really see the point in taking them. I think it would be cool if you could pop down a siege on the ground or inside one of the torn up buildings on the second floor or on a roof.

I love the no siege in IC. Probably the best part about it. Siege shouldn't deal damage to players IMO, it's silly having red rings around the ground everywhere you go while you're trying to pvp at a keep. Coldfires hitting for 8k a tick and stuff.... meh.

The worse thing about coldfire is they come from PvE. The best PvP weapon comes from PvE. Silly.

Well, it does help in outnumbered situations. I was one of about 5 defending sej from about 20 AD once. I set up 2 firepot trebs on top so I could fire one right after the other. They were all grouped up around one treb on the N side, so I fired right into the middle of them... both trebs hit about 2 seconds apart... killed 11 of them... They did not get the wall below 50%...

You don't need to be good at PvE to get coldfires. You literally can go to a dolmen, set two fire balistas, stand in the middle, and fire each one back and forth to wipe the dolmen with almost no effort.

Aye lol when you get a coldfire balista it literally 1shots almost everything at the dolmen cept for the bigger mobs like Harvester etc. They take like 2 shots...

To some degree. In the end it's scripted mobs that do the same thing every time (mostly just gear checks), though obviously some competence and coordination are required depending on the difficulty of the task.

We had enough people on to fill two groups for a while. Those two groups however were not running together. They were coordinating doing separate things. And of course solo players and the small groups about doing their thing contributing. If you want to label that a zerg, OK. I do understand EP was outnumbered no matter how you label it though. Trust me I know how that feels and I am in no way implying we didn't have an advantage. We did.

We zerged down Alessia because it was the last keep needed for emp. We zerged down Aleswell because that's where I was placing the scroll and we had a large amount of random people following the scroll. Outside of that mostly everything was just groups coordinating attacks at different locations. When something became UA we coordinated who was going to defend what. When we attacked we coordinated multiple attacks at once.

I'm sure you guys were outnumbered most of the time as EP is always the lowest pop, but the groups that were running were at different locations the majority of the time.

Also, AD was our main focus. We decided not to even go for EPs scrolls since EP is almost always without them.

Edit: Oh and hey AD, did you notice we let you guys have your tri-keeps back again immediately after taking scrolls since you know... we don't need to gate farm people with lower population (though pop was even til you guys got pushed to gate and started giving up).

I just doubt most AD on the forum even care much anymore. As many have said we are not in BwB much right now. With the event going on and such. The handful who are on here have heard the same lines about zerging tri-keeps and pops. I liked the thread better when people were talking about Frank :)

Oh and talking about coordinating with other groups for separate attacks and the like pretty much is the same as what AD has said we do. Only difference is you are blue. Things seem just the same over there, only with a different color.

If a particular person is not in BWB then that particular person has no reason to respond as nothing I said applies to that person. I wasn't speaking to a particular person, I was speaking to the members of a faction who are participating in BWB as this is a BWB thread.

Oooh, what do we have here? Another scrumptious young plaything straight out of life and into my club? Mmm... you smell new, little boy, like fabric softener dew on freshly mowed Astroturf. Oh, I'm not frightening you, am I, duckling?

@DeadlyRecluse can I have my stones back?

Yesterday started out good, got somewhere around 18k stones when I was soloing. Then someone ganked me when I had 12000 stones on me, then my friend logged in and I grouped with her. She said, "maybe you should put some of those stones in the bank". I thought about it because she really likes the Flag man :) I told her , "It's fine, just be careful". As soon as we got out to the sewers 10 AD were at our camp and ganked me for another 5k stones.. grrr.

Then I went back to playing solo to get some of my stones back, but guess who shows up :) Wolf, I was thinking I would be safe with Wolf, but what was I thinking.. he is a member of the Pugz.. Pugz don't know the object is to get stones and return them to the bank without dying. First thing wolf did was jump on one of the capture flags pulling in every single Mob in a 5 mile radius. Wolf dies and I barely got away.. He comes back and I died, loosing another 3k stones.

Then @DeadlyRecluse shows up and apparently thinks Wolf and I are the only people in IC that has stones, and farms us over and over. We did killed him the first time around but hmmm, imagine that, he didn't have any stones.

So yesterday was a bad day for me, I ended up loosing around 15k stones for the day. However, this morning I log in and lucky me some AD decided to hand over 3k stones :)
