I think teabagging is hilarious! Both when I dish it out and when I receive it. In PVP I really don't need a reason to teabag someone. I know the best way to get a reaction is to teabag somebody that you had nothing to do with killing. I had one guy go off on me for a good 20 minutes telling me how I was the "worst PVPer in the game", asking me "do you know who I am bro?", and telling me how he would "kill me over and over again". I actually saved video of the entire event because he just couldn't stop messaging me in rage mode lol.
I think it is also fun to teabag one of your guildies when they die in your pve dungeon/trial group. Gotta teabag before you rez them. That'll teach em! lol
One of my favorite emotes to use when killing someone in PVP is /heartbroken.

Recently we've edited a few posts for some back and forth, please keep in mind that baiting and flaming is against the Forum Rules. For continuation of this discussion, please be sure to stay civil with one another and constructive to the topic to prevent derailment of the thread.
Thank you for understanding.
First let me qualify the discussion by saying this is my first mmo and my first exposure to teabagging (nice historical wrap in this article: http://theballreport.com/the-history-of-teabagging-in-video-games/). After seeing it once or twice it didn’t take me long to realize that the practice irked me on a couple of different levels.
From my perspective - I think how you treat your opponents states more about you than your opponent; plus, there’s like a million emotes for letting someone know how you feel (standing over someone who tries to gank you and laughing over their body seems pretty effective for getting the point across) – so, I look at teabagging as being kinda too lazy and dumb and come up with something else.
Fortunately despite my advanced age (50ish)- I can still appreciate that I may not always be right (for some reason my 70ish mom and teenageish god daughter both share the unflappable belief that what they think they know is absolutely correct – so, I’m thinking it’s an age thing shared by both young and old – and, it’s only during the middleish phase of life that you realize you don’t really know everything).
So, I’m wondering – is there a place for teabagging? Is it really not that big of a deal? Are there certain scenario’s where teabagging is acceptable? Is it simply an effective way to taunt and throw off your opponent? Are there any special tips and techniques for teabagging?
I know it’s a little weird – but, I’m definitely interested to hear this community's feedback on the subject…plus – do you have any favorite emotes for sharing your displeasure with others both friend and foe?

This was funny! Haha "dip dip potato chip" lmao
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

Reason I will teabag someone:
1. If you've ever sent me a hate tell its automatic. I'm not angry, I just like farming salt from players I know get overly excited in a video game. If I die I absolutely never send hate tells, no matter if its obvious bugs are being exploited or not, so if you send me a hate tell you're getting tea bagged every time I kill you.
2. When you try to gank me with 4 people from stealth and don't kill me, automatic bag.
3. When I kill your friends and you turtle up waiting on them to run back and you all die again, bag.
4. Anyone running Malubeth.
5. Anyone who kills me Xv1 then teabags me is getting it in return when I catch them.
6. Zerglings.
7. Allies that died.
8. "leet small group players" who just like to Xv1 randoms to feel like they're tough.

#2 is pretty much my code.
On a side note, I take great pride in getting the bags. When 5 people are dead, and a whole group runs over to just tea bag me, it's a badge of honor.

When I take someone out, I go back to stealth and move to a new location and wait. It amazes me so many people will run back to the same spot they just died (guilty of doing this myself) , or their buddy will coming running up to revive them. If your standing over their friend with your hang down bobbing in out of there mouth you make yourself an easy target.

If you use bugged armor sets, or cheese powers there's a chance I may bag you. Failed Banana gankers will get bagged in most cases.
Altmer characters= Automatic tea bag into Nord Dance over your corpse.

Sometimes I also just jump on the corpse. I'm not proud of it, but sometimes it just has to be, so that this person may start playing fair and adjust his playstyle.
I'm not being fond of taco touchdowns either . I will Rez quickly before touchdown is accomplished .

So basically.. everyone
I have no issues with being teabagged. I find a /spit more offensive. In fact I find teabagging overall funny. If I die and I see an entire squad teabagging me in turns I laugh so hard the beer is coming out of my nose.
Aaaaand it's also just a game.

I don't know @UltimaJoe777 ...my reaction the last several months thus far has been to start 'blocking' allies I saw bagging folks - i had a pretty strong aversion to the move...but that's just looking at things from my own perspective...
after listening to the comments from people whom do the move - I don't know, it's not something I would do, but, I kinda get it now...for all the different reasons they mention...
personally it bothers me less - and that's a good thing for me
there are emotes for spitting and vomiting on folks - that's some pretty foul behavior too...
rngeezus...who'd have ever thunk it - I'm holding up the banner for teabaggers everywhere...cuz you know what - they are people too (a little loud and creepy, but oh well)

More power to ya for it not bothering ya but for those it DOES bother it goes unpunished and thus people keep doing it and trying to justify it.UltimaJoe777 wrote: »You know, all of you admitting you teabag and doing so without remorse are part of the problem with PvP being so toxic... I don't care WHY you do it, it is unsportsmanlike and immature and never EVER justified. In fact, it just proves what a sore loser you can be.
U got the whole tea bagging other way round. The winner tea bags the loser.
Wrong. Winners don't teabag.
Ur crazy, winners are the only one who can tea bag. U cant get up from ur grave and tea bag the guy who just killed u!!!
