wow, what a great news but how to farm scamp/skin? currently large groups are roaming around sewers. So its poorly planned and punishment for small groups or individuals as they are left to die...
Thank You for such poor planning..
A new Imperial City Collector's Bundle will be added to the store for the duration of the event, and includes:
The Imperial City DLC Pack
The Mind Shriven Horse and the Mind Shriven Skin (both of which have been unavailable in the Crown Store for almost a year)
The Daedrat pet, originally released alongside Imperial City
Five Crown Experience Scrolls
An Unknown Player to ZOS Like me, Thinks
Why would i spent 5000 Crowns for a Skin, I already owned Imperial City DLC. Are you guys intentionally punishing players for buying DLC ealier. I will never ever buy any DLC without promotion so i learned ZOS tricks and now they will see mine ;-)

He's not trolling.
And not every opinion deserves respect.
The Imperial City isn't meant to be a solo area, or even a small group area.
It's a dynamic PvP area. Play it or don't play it, but don't ask ZoS to change the rules just because you don't like how it is now.
Go find something else to do.

Sheesh. What do you think complaining on the forums is going to do?
Gina Bruno is going to show up in the sewers and kill all the DC people so you can get some loot?
Have a Veruca.

What?
Celebrate good things. Not content so long in the making the most people at the time felt it should have been a free inclusion.
Ya know...the more I think about it, it would be pretty cool to have @ZOS_GinaBruno show up and wipe out an entire faction in the sewers...

Oh you guys entertain me so much.
It is ZOS's fault that you played in the sewers for 3 hours...

Don't pretend to speak for 'most people' unless you've got some data to back it up.
I was playing then, and loved the crap out of it, as did nearly everyone in my guild.

You're the one using the fallacy.
Your guild's relative enjoyment has no bearing on sentiments about the DLC cost.

There was a shift after it was announced as 2500 crowns, but that was from the sub community who told people they get it 'free' if they sub. Or basically, the TU elitism that jumps into anything involving ESO+.
