Is this my computer...?

Just curious if anyone else has seen this or if something went horribly wrong with my computer.

This was on the road from Glenumbra to Stormhaven. All of the rest of the land was fine but immediately after crossing the bridge and heading to Stormhaven, the road texture messed up. Anyone else seen this?

I forgot about it for awhile but I saw it again last night in the final quest in the Alikr Desert, in the Necropolis. I'm hoping something hasn't gone wrong with my laptop.

I see it at times on PS4. Doesn't hurt anything, just a texture glitch. It usually happens to me at the Windy Glade Wayshrine going towards the Iluvamir Dolmen in Auridon if I travel between wayshrines when doing the 3 dolmens.

That's a low res LOD texture, usually happens when your connection to the server is very laggy ...

Had absolutely no problems with lag though (I never do). Was just running along and across the bridge it looked like a flood had occurred. Stormhaven was fine, and interestingly enough when I turned around and went back from Stormhaven to Glenumbra that section of road was still messed up. But everything on either side of it was fine.

This game has some problems with texture popin, hews bane is -full- of it. So. No, it's not your compy.

You can fix that by reloading your character or restarting ESO. It's not your computer.

Cyrodiil is the only place I get it, and usually only in a few spots. I think just north east of the bridge between Alessia and Sejanus. Can't recall where else but I know there's another place there that it hits me.

I hate when I see the ground is falling . Eso has pop up terrain generators that load terrain as to you approach . Badly coded and this being a result when servers are busy .

I get that a lot in Stormhaven, sometimes so bad I get stuck trying to cross a bridge or go up stairs because the textures are still loading.

Hm, I have never seen something like this in Hew's Bane on PC - but Hew's Bane has a huge amount of detailed geometry to render and I have normally just around 40-60 fps instead of around 80 like in other zones. And with this I do not mean just Abah's Landing, but all of Hew's Bane. It is still smooth enough to play and the only textures which are lacking when I go there are those of players - they stay for a couple of seconds just black schemes.

This happens on a rare occurrence of like once or twice a week for me. If you would call that rare. But it does happen to people a lot. Just the game and another fault they haven't fixed.

I used to get that all the time in Velyn Harbor on Xbox. It always looked like the town square flooded.

Sometimes you get stuck on those bits and have to wait for the textures to load properly. It tends to happen when you are moving fast across the landscape, nothing your end to worry about.

I get that every fourth respawn in cyrodiil.
