Shields of all SotH sets not dropping from new dungeons

Hey dudes,
So many of the new sets added in the SotH update were really interesting and unique, especially seeing as they came in weaponry and jewellery.
Unfortunately, from countless runs of both vRoM and vCoS, neither myself nor any friends or guildmates have seen a single shield drop of any of the new sets.
This is rather disappointing, and as far as I know unintended.
Have any of you forum peoples seen a shield drop at all? And if not, can anyone confirm whether or not this is working as intended?
