I personally think at very least he deserves an explanation to why he got banned. I personally find it bs that he did get banned but thats just my opinion. Its a glitch thats broken in the and its the developers fault. They need to fix it. A guildie of mine last night accidently gap closed into a keep and watch he's gonna get banned for it and he never even ment to do it. Eh, Just a lil rant. Everyone let me know your opinions.

I'm sure they banned whoever this is for absolutely no good reason...

Just like the guys who were running trials in 3 minutes or whatever with a bugged set...they're were just testing it...50 times.

It's a mistake that this bug is ingame. Yes, it should have been fixed but it's NOT the developers fault - they didn't force him to abuse any exploits.

Just like in real life, the fact you can exploit something doesn't mean you have to do it. If you find someone unconcious your first thought should be "How can I help him?" not "I wonder if I can exploit his situation and steal his wallet..."

Exploiting is a bannable offense. Good riddance I say.

I will admit MadHessian has scammed in the past and had offenses prior but at least he owned up to his scamming. He made a video saying he had in the padt and he hasnt done it since he got temp banned for it.

He didnt mean to do it, Yes was in it and was attacking people but he even said in his latest video he had 2 people with him, 1 a friend and another was a random with an elder scroll and neither of them got banned.. I find it unfair ad well that they wont even give him reasoning or basically told him that they wont respond to any more emails on the matter. They are just denying someone who has spend $100s of dollars if not more on their game and who has supported them and been playing it since it came out on console and just denying him any reasoning or support. Its pathetic. Again when its their fault for not fixing this said bug.
