✭✭✭✭✭ONLY if it was completely voluntary. As we've seen with dueling... they are adding the option to 'auto decline' duels... this is how ANY 'justice system' should work as well. There were absolutely no details mentioned from ZOS as to how the Enforcer system would work, but almost everybody assumes you can be ganked freely.0 -

Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.

✭Absolutely!!! The justice system is bland, and in need of something to keep it fresh lest it become a non factor in gameplay! Currently you can simply slot retreating maneuver and walk away from any guards reset radius.
Besides, the chance to hunt criminals or be hunted would be tense and exciting gameplay. How someone can deny it adds so much to the world is beyond me. You oppose the very idea of something you could absolutely avoid with a simple toggle PvP justice system on/off? Turn it off and never worry about it again.PC/EU DC1 -

✭All I want is to steal in game with impunity (or close to it, just as long as I avoid the NPC guards). If I can be hunted down by another player, or if another player can alert the guards to me, I will not participate in thieving anymore... which is a shame, because I like collecting the items with funny names and descriptions.
I also do not welcome dueling at all, but that does not affect me as much since it will be possible to opt out altogether from that aspect of the game.PC-EU0
