Why there is no option for hair color as u do for hairstyles in crown store? Its expensive to spend customization token just to change hair color.

I just want black to be honest
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
