Looking for a grinding, PVP, farming, etc. guild

Im looking for a guild that has experienced grinders and farmers, I'm looking into getting into it heavily. These are by far my favorite things to do besides PVP, but I just never have anyone to grind with or talk about farm spots with. I am in the EP so I'd prefer a guild mostly in EP also.
