Can't Zone in Jarol Estate

When trying to zone into Jarol Estate I get an infinite loading screen. I have restarted the game four times now and restarted the computer. Same happening to a friend of mine. Had no trouble last night helping a couple friends with their quests there. Trying to take one of my templars through today and no dice.
