I just noticed in my journal under achievements that there's a holiday section with a new motif and the Hollowjack Festival. Where do I go to quest this and how are the motif chapters acquired?

✭✭✭✭There is even a door in some alliance zones that's adorned with pumpkins. For example in Auridon it's as you go down from the road to Firshold to Mehrunes' Spite delve. Found it while leveling one of my alts a few weeks ago.
